The first step for all services is to apply and meet with a free consultation

Fitness Kickstart

Over 4 sessions together, we'll create and implement a personalized exercise program for you, taking into account your goals, restrictions, equipment and lifestyle! Then you'll be off to keep up with your routine on your own time.

$550 one-time investment

Fitness Coaching

A personalized exercise program created just for you and the accountability you need to stick with it! Weekly workouts together on zoom and clear instructions & videos for completing your routine throughout the week on your own time. 

​

$550 per month, 3-month minimum

Private Sessions

For those that need the most support, we'll be with you for every workout! Private, 50-minute sessions together via zoom or in your home for 2-4 workouts per week together. 

​

$125 per 50-minute session 
(+ fee for travel time if in-home, depending on distance)

The Lifelong Strength System

How does it work?

All of my clients move through my tried and tested Lifelong Strength System. It is structured, yet flexible -  emphasizing the long-term commitment to your strength and well-being. Here’s how it breaks down:

 

  1. Assess - Evaluate your current fitness level, identify weak links, and uncover areas of opportunity.

  2. Address - Create and implement a personalized plan to tackle those weak links and imbalances.

  3. Advance - Keep you motivated and progressively getting stronger for the long term. We are sure to address all the body’s movements patterns to keep you balanced and strong. 

  4. Adapt - Continuously adjust the plan to handle any setbacks and evolving needs.


Over time, we continuously move through phases 2-4 as YOU need. Life changes, setbacks happen and we’ll be here to help you find your way back to fitness in a sustainable way. If you choose to start with the “Fitness Kickstart,” we’ll assess and address, and you will always be welcome to come back when you’re ready to advance or need to adapt!
